BOOKING FEE POLICY
At Summah & Co, we want to ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service and experience. That's why we require a non-refundable booking fee of $75 for all colour appointments.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another day with 72 hours (3 days) notice. You will also receive a text message 3-4 weeks before your appointment to organise payment, which can be done over the phone.
If the booking fee is not paid, your appointment may be cancelled. However, you can take $75 off the total amount at the end of your appointment or roll over the booking fee onto your next appointment.
Please understand that cancellation within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. We have had to implement this policy due to the number of cancellations and no-shows we have experienced, which can result in a loss of money and time. We want to be respectful of our clients' time and offer our services to everyone who wishes to see us.
We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may require you to cancel your appointment at the last minute. In such situations, we ask that you call us at your earliest convenience to let us know.
